01What we collect

If you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you selected and the message you wrote.

Our server also processes technical data that every web request carries, including your IP address and browser type. This is used to serve the page and to limit automated abuse of the enquiry form. It is not used to build a profile of you.

This site loads no third-party scripts, no advertising tags and no social media widgets. Nothing about your visit is shared with another company as a result of you reading this page.

02Why we use it

Enquiry data is used for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us, and, where a business relationship follows, the performance of a contract.

We do not use enquiry data for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list because you asked a question, and your details are never sold or passed to a third party for their own purposes.

03Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie that records your cookie choice, so you are not asked again on every page. It contains only the choice itself and expires after twelve months.

Statistics cookies are only set if you accept them in the banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Your choice of light or dark appearance is kept in browser localStorage under the key callaz-theme. It is a strictly necessary setting you selected yourself, it never leaves your browser, and clearing your browsing data removes it.

04How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after twelve months. Enquiries that do become part of the client record and are kept for as long as the relationship lasts, plus the period required by Danish bookkeeping law.

Server logs are kept for a short technical retention period and then discarded.

05Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors to run the site and deliver email, and they only process data on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where a processor is located outside the EU or EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to have processing restricted, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive your data in a portable format.

Write to the address in the panel on this page and we will answer within one month. There is no charge for exercising these rights.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

07Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will contact you directly rather than rely on you rereading this page.
