About the role
You own the performance of one or more campaigns — the numbers, the quality and the weekly report.
The job is half coaching, half analysis.
What you will do
- Lead a team of four to eight agents on assigned campaigns
- Sample and score calls, and coach individually on what you hear
- Own the weekly client report and present it honestly, bad news first
- Work with the client on script and segment adjustments
- Onboard and train new agents joining your team
What we are looking for
- Experience in outbound sales or contact centre work, including time on the phone yourself
- Comfortable telling a client something is not working
- Able to read campaign numbers and form a view about why
- Fluent Danish, spoken and written
- Previous team responsibility is an advantage
